Cancelling an order |

You can cancel an order at any time as long as the order hasn't been shipped or you haven't picked it up. You can confirm the status of your order by visiting the View Orders page as part of your account.
To cancel an order, you first need to view the order you wish to cancel. Refer to the Viewing and updating your orders help page for details on how to do this.
When you view an order it will be displayed in a similar fashion to the following screenshot:

Once you have displayed a single order, simply click the "Cancel Order" button. A confirmation message will be displayed asking you if you are sure you want to cancel your order. Click the Yes button to confirm the cancellation. An email is sent to Pristine Gifts advising you wish to cancel your order and a copy is sent to you for your records. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
Note: In rare cases where the order has a status of confirmed, it is possible that we will not receive your cancellation email and the order will be shipped. Therefore, we recommend you contact us directly for confirmed orders.
