Q. Where's my order?
A. When you place an order, you can track it's progress through the View Orders page.

When you view an order, the Order Status will provide tracking information on the progress of your order. View our Order Status Values for more detailed information on what each status means. More info 
Q. How do I find an item I want to purchase?
A. The quickest way is to search by using the Search Tool on the top-right corner of our site. If you would prefer to browse, use the browse panel on the left-hand side and have a look through the various sections. More info 
Q. How do I change the payment information or delivery address for an order I have already placed?
A. For us to change the payment information, your order must still have a status of Pending. For us to change the delivery address, your order must still have a status of Pending or Confirmed. In both cases you will need to contact us in order to make the change.
Q. How do I return an item?
A. Packing your order for return is a simple three-step process:

  1. View the Order you wish to return to obtain a shipping label
  2. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer
  3. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box

A. Creating an account allows us to develop an understanding of your shopping preferences and therefore how better to serve you. Your account also gives you a more secure and significantly simpler shopping experience. More info

A. Your security is of signficant importance to us. For this reason, we have put in a number of measures to ensure your shopping experience with us is safe:

   Your credit card information is stored in our database is an encrypted format
   Your credit card information is not displayed anywhere on our site even under your login
   Your username and password is required to access your account
   After you log off, your account is not accessable even on the same machine without re-entering username and password

Q. Can I customise my order if I don't like any of your pre-made baskets?
A. Absolutely! In fact, we encourage you to create your own basket. You can create your own basket on our site simply by adding individual products from the Make Your Own category of the Browse Panel to your Shopping Cart. Make sure you remember to include a custom basket or box with your order. More info 
Q. I think someone might know my account password. How can I change my password?
A. Yes. You can change your account password at any time on the Change Password page which is part of My Account pages. More info 
Q. I have seen the pictures of the Gift Baskets on the site. Is this what they will look like when they are delivered?
A. No, all our Gift Baskets are wrapped with clear celophane, tied with ribbon and one your request, delivered with a card and a personalised message. More info 
Q. Do the prices advertised on your site include GST?
A. Yes, all our prices include GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax). Freight is charged additional depending on where you want the order delivered to.
Q. I live outside New Zealand. Can I place an order with you?
A. Yes you can. You can order from anywhere worldwide, however we only deliver to New Zealand addresses. You will be charged the equivalent price in your currency of the New Zealand Dollar quoted price using the current exchange rate. More info 
Q. I noticed the prices quoted do not include Freight charges. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. The amount charged for delivery of your order depends on the number of baskets you order and the total weight of your order. View our freight charges for more detailed information. More info 
Q. Is it possible to avoid freight charges and pick up my order from your place?
A. Yes. When you order you need to specify that you will pick your order up from our store. When your order has been processed, we will contact you and advise that your order is ready to be picked up. More info 
Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive at my door, from the time I place the order?
A. Orders can vary depending on your location, and the time of year. In most cases orders will be delivered from 1-5 working days. More info
