Overview
Logging In summarises the process of authenticating who you are. Logging in simply provides some evidence to us that you are authorised to perform certain confidential tasks pertaining to the person you are logging in as. The tasks that require you to log in are typically to do with changing information related to your account as follows:
 Creating an order
Viewing your existing orders
Viewing your existing invoices
Changing your account details
Managing your personal delivery addresses
Changing your password
You do not need to log in to:
Browse or search for products
View product details
Navigate help pages
View various information pages such as About Us, Contact Us and terms of use
How To Log In
The person icon in the top left corner of the site indicates your login status.
 indicates you are not logged in.
 indicates you are logged in.
To log in, first click the Login link on the blue bar at the top of the page. If you can only see a Logout link, you are already logged in.
You will be taken to a screen similar to the following screenshot:
Before you attempt to log in, you will need to register. If you are not familiar with the registration process, we recommend you review the Creating an account help page.
As part of the account creation process, you are asked to enter a Username and Password. This is the username and password you are prompted for here. Simply enter your account username and account password then click the Login button.
To login, enter your username and password then click the Login button.
Username
The username consists of alpha-numeric characters (e.g. pearce1). The username uniquely identifies you - no other user can have the same username as you.
Password
The password is also alpha-numeric (e.g. secr3t), however when you enter the password it appears as asterix (*) characters to prevent other people seeing it.
The password is a security feature used to prevent other users accessing your account. Keep your password in a safe place.
Once you have successfully logged in, the person icon in the top left corner of the site will change from to . Also, the text adjacent will greet you with your name.
Once you have logged in, you can change your password on the My Account, Change Password page. Also, always remember to log out. This is an important step especially if the computer you use is shared by other people.
