A. As soon as you create an account on our site, you automatically join the Pristine Loyalty Programme. You always begin as a Standard shopper. Your purchasing levels are monitored continually and you are notified if you reach a new privilege level. More info

Q. Alright, I have been notified a have reached a new privilege level. So how do I make use of my privileges?
A. The first thing is you will notice your new privilege level displayed when you login. You will notice all Premade baskets are available for a new discounted price. You will also have special offers available to you that aren't available to other shoppers. More info
