How to pack and return my order |
|

|
Before packing and returning your order it is important you are familiar with our Returns Policy. Make sure you have read it before continuing.
To pack and return your order, follow the simple steps below:
 Print a shipping label.
Indicate on your Tax Invoice if you would like a refund or replacement and the reason for the return. If you do not have a Tax Invoice, you can print one on the View Orders page in your account.
If you received your order as a gift, please include your name, address and contact information in your return. We will send you a Pristine Gift Certificate, which can be used for future purchases from Pristine Gifts. We will not advise the original purchaser of your return.
Place the items or gift basket in a box along with the Tax Invoice for the order.
Seal the box and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Contact your local courier to arrange delivery to us. If the return is the result of our error, we will refund you the cost of the courier charges.
