	You may return any item sold by Pristine Gifts within 30 days of delivery/pick-up for a full refund. We will also pay the return delivery costs if the return is the result of our error. If the goods you have received are damaged or defective or you have received an incorrect item, please visit our Problems with my Order help page for assistance. We cannot accept returns of items under the following conditions: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
