Viewing and updating your orders |

Overview
The process for viewing and also tracking an order is explained below.
In terms of updating an order, you can cancel an order at any time as long as the order hasn't been shipped or you haven't picked it up. Refer to the cancelling an order help page for details. To update an order, you will need to contact us.

Viewing and tracking an Order Viewing and tracking your order is provided through the View Orders page as part of your account. This section describes how to view all your existing orders and then drills down into one of those orders so you can track the order right from when the order is placed to delivery to your door.
You must already have an account to use the View Orders page and already be logged in to your account. If you need assistance, help is available for Creating an account and Logging in. |

You can view all the orders you have ever placed with us by navigating to the View Orders page. To access the View Orders page, first log in then click the My Account link on the blue bar at the top of the page, then click the View Orders link. You will then see a page similar to the following picture.

Your order information is displayed in a combo box. The combo box has the following columns:

Order Number |
|
The Order Number is a unique number associated with your order. If you ever need to contact us to make enquiries about an order, you should quote the order number. Your orders are sorted by the order number in descending order. This means you most recent order is displayed at the top of the list.

Order Date |
|
The Order Date refers to the date and time you placed the order.
|
|
 |
Order Status |
|
The Order Status shows a single letter which is representative of the Order Status Code.
The following status codes are used for the status column:

Ready to pick up |

This status code is only used when you have elected to pick up your order from Pristine Gifts instead of having it delivered. It indicates that we have finished processing your order, and it is ready to be picked up. |

K |
 |
Picked up |
 |
This status code is only used when you have elected to pick up your order from Pristine Gifts instead of having it delivered. It indicates that you have picked up your order and the order is now complete. |

X |
 |
Cancelled |
 |
Your order has been cancelled. Order cancellation usually occur under instruction from the customer. |
 |
 |
D |
 |
Declined |
 |
Your order has been declined. An order is usually declined due to incorrect credit card information or insufficient funds. |

 |
The Order Status is very useful is determining where in the process your order currently is. Whenever there is a change in order status you will be notified by email. If the order status does not provide you with the information you need please contact us.

 |
Order Amount |
|
The Order Amount is the total paid for the order. This amount includes Delivery Charges and GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax).
|

|
To view an order simply click the line of the order you are interested in the combo box, then click the View button. You should get a popup window similar to the following picture:

The Purchase Order shows all the information that relates to your order. Your order information is displayed on the Purchase Order in four panels as follows:

Order Information |
|

The Order Information panel shows the Order Number, the Order Date and the Order Status. Please refer to the status codes for the meaning of each Order Status Code.

Customer Information |
|

|
|
Customer Information shows the billing details (the delivery address for receipts and contact details for other correspondence) and shipping details (the delivery address of the order.
|

 |
Order Items |
|

|
|
The Order Items panel shows each individual order item, the freight charges for this order, the Total including Freight and GST, and the GST paid on the Order.
|
|
 |
Payment Information |
|

|
|
The Payment Information panel shows the method the payment was made. If the payment method is by Credit Card the Credit Card name, number and expiry date is also shown.
|
|
|
|
You should now be able to view all the orders you have placed in the past and use this information to determine the status of any order. |
